Our Programs
Our programs come in two forms.
One form is an entirely online experience containing (a) pre-loaded content that includes videos, presentations, and documents organized into themed modules, and (b) live, small-group, and in some cases, one-on-one, coaching. These programs are run through Linchpin Skills.
The second form is a customized in-person and online program designed from the ground up in partnership with a sponsor at a client organization. These programs are run through Neebees.
Established Online Programs
We have established, 8-week or 12-week, self-paced online programs with pre-recorded content and live group (and 1-1 in some cases) coaching sessions. We also can pull modules from acros programs and add a few more based on specific individual client goals and needs. These are referred to as Co-Created Programs. Our flagship program is the:
